At ATHAR, we proudly offer nationwide delivery across all Egyptian governorates.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery, Instapay, and Vodafone Cash.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated based on your area and shown during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ATHAR pieces. If you need to exchange an item:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the exchange process.

  • At the moment, all items are eligible for exchange; there are no non-returnable products.

في ATHAR نوفر شحن لكل محافظات مصر بدون استثناء.

  • مدة التوصيل: من ٣ إلى ٧ أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.

  • طرق الدفع:

    • كاش عند الاستلام

    • إنستـا باي

    • فودافون كاش

  • رسوم الشحن: تختلف حسب المنطقة وتظهر عند تأكيد الطلب.

سياسة الاستبدال

هدفنا إنك تحبي القطعة اللي بتوصلك من ATHAR. ولو حابة تعملي استبدال:

  • الاستبدال متاح خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الطلب.

  • يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتهـا الأصلية بدون استخدام أو غسيل ومعها التيكيت.

  • العميل يتحمل مصاريف الشحن كاملة في حالة الاستبدال.

  • كل المنتجات قابلة للاستبدال ولا يوجد منتجات غير قابلة للرجوع حاليًا.
